Is the production genuinely white-label?
Yes. Your brand, your templates, your credits, and signed non-disclosure agreements as standard. Board Infinity is not named in the course, its metadata or its packaging, and we do not publish your work as a case study without written permission.
Can you match our existing style?
That is exactly what the pilot is for. You give us the style guide, an existing course you are happy with and the packaging spec; we produce one course against it. If it does not match, you have lost one project rather than a contract.
How do you use AI, and where don't you?
AI presenters and avatars where content refreshes often, and AI-accelerated assembly and caption passes to shorten turnaround. Instructional design, subject accuracy and final QA are human-led on every course, and we tell you which modules used an AI presenter so you can disclose it. The stage-by-stage split is on this page.
What is the minimum engagement?

How fast can a course ship?
6–10 weeks for a full course from brief to packaged handover, and faster for modules that reuse an established template system. A pilot usually runs at the shorter end because the scope is deliberately tight.
How do you handle our SMEs' time?
The same way we handle faculty: under a day per module. A scoping conversation, a script review, the recording session and one review pass. If your SMEs are contractors billing by the hour, that difference is usually the cheapest part of the business case.
What happens to courses that underperform after launch?
Completion and drop-off analytics are per module, so a weak module is visible rather than averaged away. Refresh cycles can be scoped into the engagement up front, which is far cheaper than discovering the problem in a renewal conversation.
